Blue Ridge Pottery - Warranty

Blue Ridge Pottery* is warranted for manufacturing defects for one year from date of purchase (Register Receipt Required. Sorry, no exceptions.) Breakage due to dishwasher damage and dropping is not covered.

At Blue Ridge Pottery, we use the pottery that we make. We use it at work and also at home. Stoneware Pottery is highly durable but not indestructible. Over the 18+ years of using our work, it is very rare to see a piece broken due to a true defect. We know what to look for.

If you have a piece of Pottery that you think has broken due to a manufacturing defect, you are welcome to bring it by our Studio or send us a digital photograph within one year of the purchase date on your receipt. If it is determined that your piece was defective, we will gladly replace it for you. If you need your replacement shipped, Shipping Fees will apply.
