Maximum Occupancy is eight persons and 1 infant. Minimum age for rental of this building is 25.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
$75 cleaning fee added to each reservation - covers all linens, towels, hot tub maintenance and full cleaning of building between each stay.
We do not charge a security deposit at the Lydia Spring House as we expect our visitors to respect this Historical Building and our furnishings. Guests are responsible for damages to property.
