Cancellation Policy
Your reservation assures you that the room will be held in your name for the desired date. Your reservation assures us that the room has been rented. We understand that last minute emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do arise, however we regret that exceptions to our policy cannot be made.
- There is a $20 Administration Fee for all cancelled reservations regardless of when the cancellation is made.
- Cancellations made prior to 7 days of your arrival date will only be charged the Administration Fee. Cancellations made 7 to 1 days prior to your arrival date, 50% of first night's stay plus Administration Fee will be charged to your card.
- For cancellations made under 24 hours or a No show / No call, your credit card will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
- You will be billed at cost for any perishable items (such as Fresh Flowers, Cakes, etc.) already purchased as part of Special Packages you have requested for your arrival.
- There is no refund for late arrival or early departure.
Graduation Weekend Cancellation Policy:
A Non-Refundable Deposit of 50% of your stay is charged to your Credit Card at the Time of Reservation. Cancellations made inside of 30 Days from your Arrival Date, regardless of circumstance, Full Ballance will be Charged to your Credit Card. There is no refund for late arrival or early departure.
