Check In

Check in anytime after 2pm. Guests use a personal door code to access the building and do not need to stop by our office first - you may go straight to the House.   Check out time is 11:00 am.  We do not charge a security deposit as it is our experience that our guests treat our facilities with the utmost care and respect.  However, should damages occur, appropriate charges to repair or replace property will be charged to the credit card used to confirm your reservation.

The Lydia Spring House is suitable for dogs and permits smoking outdoors only.
