What time is check in ?
Guests are welcome to check in any time after 2pm. When your reservation is confirmed you will be given a personal door code and may use that to access the property on the day your stay begins.
Is breakfast included? Can we pay extra to have a breakfast?
Sorry, no. At this time breakfast service is not available at the Lydia Spring House. Your fridge will be stocked with cream and sugar/sweet n lo and regular and decaf coffee are also provided. We suggest breakfast at the Lafayette (5 minute drive), or bring your own groceries and cook up a storm in the Lydia Spring House's fully stocked kitchen.
What is provided for our use at the Spring House?
Fully stocked kitchen (refrigerator/freezer,stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, Dishwasher, pots and pans, dinner ware, silver ware, cooking utensils, strainer etc) Iron and Ironing board, Hairdryers, Washer and Dryer, DVD player, small DVD library, kids games, small CD library, hiking guides, guide to local attractions, Complimentary Wi-Fi and Long Distance Telephone, Hot Tub and Gas Grill. Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Bedding and Towels.
I am very tall, will I be comfortable at the Lydia Spring House?
This historic home was built when folks were shorter! Guests 6'0" and over may have to duck their heads going thru the doorways and may not be comfortable in the upstairs bedrooms.
Can we stay just one night?
Sorry, no. This property has a two night minimum.
We only need one bedroom, does that mean you'll rent the other bedrooms to someone else?
No. The Spring House is only rented to one couple / group at a time. A discounted rate is available for a two person stay.
Is there a minimum age for renting the Spring House?
Yes. The responsible party reserving the Spring House must be at least 25 years old
Can I bring my baby?
Yes! The Lydia Spring House welcomes children and babies. A full size crib is available in the upstairs bedroom. 1 crib sheet and bumper provided. Please bring your own baby blankets.
How many people does the Lydia Spring House accommodate?
The Lydia Spring House sleeps 8 people and 1 infant.
Can we bring sleeping bags and have more than 8 people?
