This building is ideal for Couples or Small Families. Maximum occupancy of this building including children is eight persons. Minimum age for rental of this building is 25.

Pets and Smoking are not permitted at the Lydia Spring House. In the event of smoking or pets being brought into the house, our cleaning fee begins at $150 +$25 per hour.

* A single couple ( Maximum Occupancy 2 ) may rent the Lydia Spring House with access to the downstairs only. You will not have access to the two upstairs bedrooms or Upstairs Bathroom during your stay. Rate plans may not be split due to arrivals or departures in your party. If your party exceeds 2 People in your party at any point during your visit, you must reserve at the Whole House Rate.

We do not charge a security deposit at the Lydia Spring House as we expect our visitors to respect this Historical Building and our furnishings. Guests are responsible for performing a small checklist (Cleaning up after yourself.) before checking out. If the checklist is not completed in it's entirety, a Maintenance Fee of $75.00 will be charged to your credit card. Guests are responsible for all damages to the premises.
